Welcome to the booking site for the Innovation Center conference rooms. 

To book a conference room:

  • Select the appropriate calendar for the room you are requesting below.
  • Create an “event” on the calendar with your company name in the subject and your email address as the contact. Leave all settings as default, do not add guests.
  • Save the event. This will send the request to the system. You will receive a notification if your event has been confirmed.
  • If you request a time slot that is already taken, in the rare event of cancellation you will be contacted to confirm your reservation then.
  • Do not assume you have a reservation without a confirmation message.
  • Please be respectful of other tenants in the building – do not excessively reserve full-day spots if you do not need the full 8 hours or recurring meetings more than a few weeks at a time.

All requests are confirmed on a first requested, first booked basis. If you request a time that overlaps or do not receive a confirmation, you do not have a booked time slot.
